When you click on the SHUTDOWN button, simultaneous press SHIFT Button.
If you hold the Shift key down while clicking on SHUTDOWN button,
you computer would restart without actually restarting the Computer.
This is equivalent to term "HOT REBOOT".

1)press CTRL+ALT+DEL
2)click on processes
3)end task on explorer.exe
4)click on applications and then on new task
5)type explorer.exe
6)press ENTER
this will restart ur computer without actually doing it
